Cultural School Exchange

Year 11 Society and Culture students participated in a cultural exchange day at Mary Mackillop High School. Moriah College (a Jewish school) also participated in the day. Students reflected on the nature of religion in a cultural context. All the students were placed in mixed school groups and  moved through a series of "getting to know each other" type activities. Our students left with a greater understanding of how different cultural backgrounds and experiences can impact on an individual's life. Friends were made, social media details exchanged and hugs goodbye ended an amazing day.
