The School Assistance Program provides support to students of families who are suffering from financial hardship.
To access the Program, the family will be requested to provide confidential information on their financial situation in the form of a brief statement by filling out the School Assistance Form. The family is encouraged to contact the Principal prior to submitting the form.
School assistance may be provided in any of the following areas:
- Course fees
- Uniform
- Excursions or camps
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) support
The type of assistance provided will be at the discretion of the Principal, depending on each family’s and student’s individual circumstances.
School assistance will not include any direct payments to families. The school may provide individual items of uniform, negotiate payment plans for course fees, excursions or camps, or provide a BYOD loan device in accordance with the school’s BYOD Equity Policy.
To apply for school assistance, please complete the School Assistance Form and either email it to the school or place it in an envelope marked CONFIDENTIAL ATTENTION SCHOOL PRINCIPAL and deliver it to the school office.
